I'm here for your success

I've been a customer service associate for 9 years. It's my passion to empathize and acknowledge the customer's feelings and situation. I've been the top contributor to my team when it comes to performance and behavior. My teammates always run to me to ask questions about the process and some analytic problems. My strength is to deeply understand where the customer is coming from and put myself in their shoes, through my tone of voice they feel my sincerity to help and resolve their issues. Whether it's phone, email, or chat I can relay the right message incorporating the best customer service, knowledge, and experience I learned which I believe is very essential to grow your business. I wanted to add skills besides customer service therefore I studied through youtube and google during my free time. My hobbies are watching movies and traveling. I am currently studying at an online university taking up Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I have a deep passion for growth and development. I'm very open to new opportunities, when things get tough I put one foot in front of the other and always keep going. I don't give up until I fulfill my dreams one step at a time.
