Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST (Night Shift to align with US time zones)
Saturday: Available for urgent requirements or by appointment
Sunday: Closed (Available for emergencies only)
Payment Terms:

Payments are accepted via Upwork’s secure payment system.
Flexible payment structures, including hourly or fixed-rate projects, depending on the scope of work.
Invoices will be generated weekly for hourly projects, and payments for fixed-rate projects will be as per agreed milestones.
Preferred advance payment for fixed-price projects to ensure commitment and smooth workflow.
Preferred Communication Style:

Primary: Upwork Messages (Preferred for detailed discussions and documentation)
Secondary: WhatsApp or Text (Quick updates, clarifications, and time-sensitive matters)
Meetings: Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for scheduled calls and progress updates
