I may be considered a beginner as a Freelancer but I am an expert in my field. I am highly motivated and eager to learn new things. I deliver quality work in a timely manner.

I am a holder of bachelor’s degree in Accounting and I currently work as a Data Analyst in a BPO company supporting international clients. I am an expert in MS Excel with advanced knowledge in functions, pivot tables, and basic skills in Excel VBA. I generate comprehensive dashboards by using pivot charts, slicers, sparklines, and the like, to make it more understandable to the readers. Not only I collect and summarize data, but I also communicate my findings and provide recommendations to the management.

I had 3 fruitful years of work experience in a BPO company. I started as billing consultant where I support an Australian telecom account. I am fluent in English and can communicate effectively, both written and verbal. I processed sales orders and credit card payments online. I became a Quality Assurance Consultant wherein I evaluate calls and provide feedback to agents about their wins and opportunities. I also used to work in the Complaints Department as a Case Manager. Because of my hard work and dedication, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert to lead and support the group in terms of processes, systems, and product knowledge.

As an Accounting graduate, I can summarize your financial data by generating financial reports like Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flows. I had an experience working in an accounting department in our university back in college. I was once a teller who processed the payments from students and performed cash counts. I also had experience in Internal Auditing, too.

I am now learning skills in E-commerce like SEO writing and dropshipping using Shopify. I also have my own Shopify store, but it is just a dummy account which is intended for practice only. I have learned how to import products using Oberlo; to boost sales by downloading helpful apps like Sales Pop, Checkout Boost, etc.; and, to optimize the visibility of the website by effective SEO writing.

Work Terms

I can only do this as a part time for now, but I can work for you full-time if you're looking for a long-term and stable commitment. My hourly rate is $8 but this can be negotiated. I prefer to use Paypal as the primary payment method.
