Quality call center services at lower cost

Telcore is a brainchild of the owner of Olympiad Educational Development Center, a company which started operating in February 2012, primarily as an online ESL tutoring center. It housed 20 qualified and highly trained teachers handling one-to-one online ESL classes with Japanese and Korean students of varying age and career.

Just months after Olympiad started operating, it partnered with a call center called Global Business Solutions. Due to Olympiad’s track record in training, it was contracted to handle the New Hire and Client Specifics training of the said start-up call center.

Following its stint in the call center industry, it expanded and became a registered IELTS review center and authorized agent of the British Council, the leading IELTS partner based in the United Kingdom.

On its third year of operation, Olympiad wanted to expand its operation and open a BPO company. The owner partnered with a number of investors, and using its experience in training call center agents and the connections that the company has established over the years, Telcore was established. Telcore, with the help of Olympiad, has now developed its own set of experienced call center professionals who are trained to do outbound and inbound telemarketing and customer service.

Work Terms

Our hours of operation are flexible. We could provide you with trained agents, ready to dial, who can work at any given time zones. Payments must be weekly and via bank transfer or western union. Our rates are flexible and open to negotiation.
