- Proficient in remote support of PC and server architecture and inter-connectivity.
- Superior troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient networking experience (LAN, WAN, etc).
- Experience with Enterprise networks (servers, topology, etc).
- Microsoft Certified.
- ITIL Certified.
- Has a minimum of 8+ years of proven technical customer service experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows, SQL, Microsoft Azure, client/server architecture and virtual environments.
- VOIP, contact center technology, cloud technology, and telephony experience a strong plus.
