I am an experienced Social Performance (Community Development Facilitation) Specialist. My educational background includes a Social Science Degree, registered as a Social Worker with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP). My extensive employment experience spreading over 20 years covers office administration (academic environment), community development facilitation (civil society setting), stakeholder coordination and monitoring and evaluation (government service). I have recently enrolled and successfully acquired an online (non-native) TEFL Certificate as a qualified English Tutor.
My skills include among others assessment, counselling, stakeholder relationship management, presentation, events management, project management, strategy development, communication, language translation (EnglishSetswana), editing and proofreading, general audio transcription, report writing and computer skills. My hobbies include, interior decoration (creating and designing hand-built pottery products), power-walking, gardening, reading.
