Between 2008 and 2011 I was a Paralegal at HRACS lawyer office, based in Sydney, Australia. My job was to assist the lawyer and prepare the necessary documents for the court. Prior to being promoted to Paralegal Assistant, I was handling key accounts of claimants who were pursuing industrial deafness compensation from insurance companies. I enjoyed this part of my job as I learned a lot about the insurance companies and compensation schemes in Australia, not to mention the fascinating individuals (some of them even war heroes) I had a privilege to meet.
Currently, I am providing customer support for e-commerce online stores and I am processing a large numbers of chat inquiries, phone calls, tickets, and emails on a daily basis; I very much enjoy the sense of achievement and efficiency that this provide, as well as the everyday challenges in providing the best possible solution to the client's problem.
