Working with client to bring winning products and offerings to market with customer insights and customer-focused innovation
My background is in engineering but when I graduated college and started an engineering job, I didn't find it as rewarding as I hoped. Then I began a consulting career that has allowed for me to develop an expertise and a passion for customer-focused product development. I have taught approximately 60 courses on voice of customer collection and concept development techniques. I also take the time to coach and teach teams how to analyze and document the insights gained to best set the team up for customer-focused design and decision making downstream. My background as an engineer has given me an advantage in that I know how critical it is to have details when it comes to customer need data. The detail is what makes research actionable and my expertise in the disciplined approach I use emphasizes this for my clients. It also helps that I love what I do because it allows me to work with many different clients where I can always meet new people and learn about new business, products, and offerings.
