I have experienced using Zendesk, HubSpot, Re amaze, Freshdesk, Helpscout for email, Tidio for chats. Product listings via Shopify, quantity updates. Had experienced using rapid, spreed, agile, infusionsoft, konektive.
Also been worked in a bpo industry for 10yrs now mainly for emails, calls, Team Leader, supervisory roles, and Quality Manager.
