l have over 3 years of experience working in HR Admin and Customer Service combined. l am well versed with various CRM and ATS systems such as BambooHR, Lever, Hubspot, and Zoho. I have experience working with task management applications such as Asana to stay up to date with tasks and goals and l have used online communication platforms such as Slack and Zoom to communicate with global team members.
I am experienced in sourcing, recruitment and selection, Social Media advertising, admin work, data entry, email support, cold calling, live support and business communication etiquette. I have used various tools and software such as, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office to do remote work and assignments.
l am an open-minded person who loves to learn new ideas and ways of working efficiently and effectively. I have leadership abilities, a team player mentality, negotiating skills, fluent native English communication, and a think outside the box mantra. I am a quick learner who is able to adapt to new environments and who is able to grasp new methods of working quickly.
Work Terms
