If he is not my employee it will be because of my inexperience and communication skills in directing and letting go of tasks I have always done. He is a much better employee than I am supervisor or boss. He is perfect for my company . His strengths are my weaknesses. I am thankful that he applied and i chose him. He is helping me grow as as a person and business owner.
