I have over 20 years in the restaurant, club, and food service industry. I am 32 and have a culinary arts degree and mixology degree. I have worked every position in the industry, and have been a part of running several successful restaurants and clubs. From witch I have developed Skills, techniques, And in sights in to personal and professional relationships, And dealing with stressful situations. Now I would like to apply my skills, techniques, and experience to helping restaurateurs and club owners in training the management and staff.I would also like to help individuals who feel overwhelmed and over stressed learn how to cope and deal with it and over come it.
