Cherrell has done a fine job of critiquing the work and suggesting excellent changes. I'm new to this experience and I'm glad to have expert advise such as hers. She has hit-the-nail on the head as they say. I was afraid I was rushing her too much with my time constraints but she has come through admirably. Kudos!
