I am a dedicated, organized, detail oriented, proactive customer support specialist with over three of work experience. I am always striving to grow, develop more skills and learn something new.
I joined Green-eco in 2022 as the Administrative Virtual Assistant. Prior to Green-eco, I was the Customer Service Representative at Long Island. During my tenure in previous roles, I helped the company manage relationships with customers to ensure customers success. I scheduled meeting and set appointments using calendly, Acuity and Google Meet. I responded to emails, phone calls and live chats using, provided day to day support, answer questions/enquiries using software tools and help resolve customers complaints.
I am a graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University where I majored in English Language and Literature. I currently live in Nigeria
