Experienced Technical and Culture Writer with IT Background
I am working presently as an IT professional and have been in the technology industry since 2006. I have my B.S. in Information Systems Security and I've gained experience in fields ranging from financial to civil engineering. I have a multitude of documentation that has been established for businesses that remained internal to their operations. Examples of documentation are step-by-step instructional guides with screenshots, user guides, IT department policies, end-user policies, service level agreements, and workflows.
In addition to the technical writing aspects, I have conducted several employee reviews and formulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business. This allowed for a baseline of employee performance and a rating scale. In my spare time, I write about California, its culture, art, and cuisine.
