About

Jack of all trades. If I don't know it, I'll learn it.

Hi!

I'm Damian Romero, a bilingual (Spa-Eng) project administrator from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Let me tell you a little about myself.

• I'm a process-oriented person who is always taking initiative. I want my work system to be efficient, clean, and useful.

• I was in charge of a national operation in Argentina for a Thai company, and we started this operation from scratch. We had to figure out what our marketing strategies would be, how we would approach the potential clients, how and when we would communicate since there were 10 hours of difference between us, and more. I know we made an excellent system there since we replicate this system in the rest of Latin America.

• I'm versatile and highly trainable. My work history goes through a wide variety of fields and positions, and I learned my way and did a great job in all of them.

• I'm tech and internet-savvy. I'm currently studying information security and security-related technologies. I started this path recently but I'm dedicated and passionate about it.

Work Terms

I'm available to work for 9 to 5 jobs, or jobs that require a 24/7 availability.
I'm used to working in low control macromanagement environments, but I work at the same rhythm in micromanagement environments.
Regarding communication, I prefer to leave everything documented. If there are a lot of calls involved, I usually keep track of the conversations on a separate document or sending emails to confirm the discussed information.
