British PA / Virtual Assistant with a Marketing Background
I am a highly experienced and creative PA / Virtual Assistant based in the UK with a quiet home office equipped with a MAC & PC, printer, scanner, shredder, high speed internet access and VOIP phone that allows me to make and take calls on behalf of my clients. Similar to a call centre or reception phone, it has call waiting, music on hold, transfer, voicemail and conference features, as well as a large display that lets me know which client is being called so I can answer in their preferred telephone greeting. This is perfect for your call answering requirements.
I'm highly organised and committed to clients, using a range of tools and resources to not only organised myself but also my client and their business. I use Skype to catch up with clients, prefer Microsoft Outlook for email, use task management apps and utilise CRMs to maximise my productivity. I have a professional and articulate manner over email and phone.
As well as serving my clients in the traditional PA sense (answering and making calls, managing diaries, booking appointments, sending invoices, responding to emails and booking travel, etc), I have a marketing background in both digital and traditional (PR and print advertising). I currently have the capacity to offer Email Marketing, Website Management, Copywriting/Blogging, PR Management, Content Marketing and Social Media Management. I am proficient in using and managing WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, MailChimp & Zendesk.
Work Terms
I work between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday GMT however at special request I can commit to work outside of these hours if you are based in another timezone.
