Assign daily editing jobs to editors while tracking their daily capacity.
Assign translators and update schedule (coordinate with Project Coordinator)
Finalize/edit files (coordinate with senior editor at 40:60 rates)
Maintain communication with the team, higher-ups, other staffs from other branches, or clients directly and/or indirectly.
Oversee BI team (e.g. keeping track with the projects and schedule, listening to inputs, and/or resolve any conflict that may arise, assess and evaluate).

My job include:
Decoding. Listening and understanding utterance that will be translated, with or without the script.
Determining the beginning and the ending of the utterance that will be given a subtitle and dividing it into several telops
Entering the time code of the subtitle.
Translating English movies to Indonesian.
Finding the equivalent of the source language into target language.
Entering the subtitle text (typing).
