About

Providing Unlimited Technical Support to Businesses For A Flat Low Fee

Dia Systems was founded by Tessie Rodgers. While working for another company in an IT role, she started Dia Systems by providing break/fix services but quickly moved over to a more proactive approach. She realized that she had a special passion for supporting businesses and building lasting relationships with them. She especially enjoys helping business owners resolve their IT issues, allowing them to focus on growing their business instead of their IT infrastructure. Her education includes an IT degree backed by many Microsoft and CompTia certifications. Tessie believes that IT support that keeps businesses up and running should not break the bank but instead be affordable and give business owners peace of mind.

Work Terms

Our hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm but after hour work can be discussed as well. We accept all major credit cards and we bill a flat monthly fee for unlimited support. We can also work off of an retainer if that works better as well.
