My passion is to help others be the best! My focus is on human behavior in the workplace and my work spans creating content and providing training to group coaching.

Greetings!

I have spent most of my career in managing people and helping small businesses. I spend my days working as an Executive Coach by providing advisory support to CEOs and senior executives who need a little support in leading their staff. I provide life coaching, and curriculum development. I design workshops and lead training programs.

I have a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Master's degree in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development. The first degree focused on structure, the second on managing, and the third honed skills regarding the people part of how organizational systems work- effective leadership and the social sciences. My personal philosophy weaves into my passion for teaching and training. As time went on, I noticed my interest - and what I believe to be the core element of any structure - is the people. I enjoy studying people and their place within the organizational structure.

Over the past 25 years or so, my experience has evolved from managing processes and people, to leading people to the source of their own power. Years of experience, as well as each degree has taught me such valuable lessons. My knowledge toolbox is always eager for more, so I am continuously learning, researching, and acquiring new skills along the way. In other words, I am a firm believer in life-long learning.
