Work Terms

AVAILABILITY
Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm EST (6 am to 6pm Pacific).
Web Conference, Phone/Skype, Email welcomed

MILESTONE-BASED PAYMENTS = SATISFACTION & PEACE OF MIND
I will work with you to break your project down into logical milestones, each with its own scope of work and agreed upon delivery deadline. Project payments are tied directly to these milestones and only once you are 100% satisfied with the work performed.

USE GURU'S SAFEPAY AND PAY NOTHING UP FRONT
Cients willing to show good faith and deposit the total project amount into escrow via Guru's SafePay service will not be required to pay up front to start work. As each milestone is completed and you state that you are 100% satisfied with the work performed, we will simply send you a request to release that milestone's portion of the deposited project funds.

TRADITIONAL INVOICING STILL WORKS, TOO!
Clients who prefer traditional invoicing through Guru (I send you a bill when its due and you pay it at that time) may be required to pay 10-25% down on their project as a gesture of good faith and prior to the start of work.
