Work Terms
Hours of operation: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday
The Executive Advantage Virtual's rates are comparable with other virtual and non-virtual companies with the same level of experience. Benefits of hiring a virtual administrator is to hire only for the work that is done, without overhead costs (insurance, vacation, sick leave, taxes, office equipment, etc.).
Fees/Rates
By hour, project, or blocked time per hour weekly, monthly or a longer term, depending on your needs. Please email us at info@execadvantagevirtual.com for a complete list of rates.
Guarantee
We guarantee the work that we do for you, and immediately correct any possible errors at no charge to you. However, if there are any corrections that are required due to incorrect or limited information given to us by the client or client's representatives, additional work will be billed at our hourly rate based on the particular level of service.
Policies
- Work agreement and deposit is required for all jobs
- Incidentals like postage, shipping and printing are charged to the client
- Rush and/or weekend jobs will require additional fees to the client
- More detailed and larger projects require a deposit of at least 50% up-front from client
Payment
- Credit cards via Square and Paypal (Mastercard, Visa, Amex)
- Business checks are only accepted for established TEAV clients (with us for 6 months or more)
- $50.00 additional charge if there are negative overages or insufficient funds (applies to established TEAV clients)
