Work Terms

In most cases this is how we prefer to operate :

Terms are 50% at the beginning and 50% at the completion.

The final 50% payment is only due based on the complete satisfaction of the client. Turnaround time is usually 4 to 6 weeks for a top quality explainer video, here at Explainer Guru.

We have an absolutely great rapport with all of our clients and our communication is super quick ( 24 hours being the max.)
