First the good: These guys were very easy to work with and also very creative. Tompok and his team's ability to get the work done has been extremely good. My focus was on quality over speed, so the end product of my explainer video (www.frogquest.com) was sensational, however it did take them twice as long as they initially quoted, which was already longer than some of the quotes I'd received. This wasn't a huge issue, but I do wish they would have communicated the delays more proactively. There were times when I expected delivery, but wouldn't hear from them for a couple days beyond. However, when I did hear from them, they were always apologetic and their revisions were on point. They have a great attention to detail. Again, creative. And they were also very patient and flexible, doing as many iterations and revisions as was necessary to produce a product I was happy with. And I'm VERY happy. I will work with them again in the future.
