Web analytics for ecommerces – Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
We… have web analytics on our ecommerce website, but are they up-to-date?
… collect data, but what do we do with it?
… know we’re losing customers at some point, but where and why?
Do you ask yourself one of these questions?

You manage the ecommerce side of your shop. Your customers look at your products, can order them, and all that from the very comfort of their homes. You are there for them, when and where they want.
But something’s wrong...
At some point, your customers leave your website. They do not complete their online purchase. Why? And where?
Those are the questions web analytics can answer.
The tools
The Google Suite
Google Analytics is the most used tool, and it’s free. It’s usually used with:
Tag Manager – installing Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel is easy, you only edit the code once
Looker Studio – receive custom reports with data you need to measure your goals
The transition to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
July 2023, Google stopped Google Analytics Universal (GAU) and soon all its data. So you need to install the new version, GA4, now.
But there’s a problem… GA4 is different, many get lost.
Luckily, with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio, everything becomes easy.
The services
The implementation
The installation of a web analytics tool can be well done, or not. Then, it’s the beginning of all your troubles.
That’s when I come in.
I install or check your tool installation. It’s clean, clear and sharp.
The analysis
We don’t track every little thing. We:
1. set a goal
2. define metrics to measure it
3. implement their tracking, and nothing else
4. receive regular reports on their progress
