Social impact consultant

I am a youth and education specialist with more than 12 years of experience in helping global organizations maximize international development impact. I've helped lead small and large organizations to develop strategy and growth plans, and to implement diversity and inclusion strategies. I am experienced in building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative training, and piloting and scaling new technologies into programs. I have an extensive background in proposal writing and business development.

I am creative team player with strong cross-cultural communication skills who uses a human-centered and participatory approach to design work and believes that catalytic change in possible (and possible soon.) Beyond that, I'm a firm believer in strengths-based leadership, enjoy mentoring staff and supporting professional development and aim to create a fun-filled work environment (after all, we do spend a lot of time at work.)
