I started my career as a Live Chat Support rep for Comcast, one of the biggest Telco in the US. I supported both Internet and Phone services. Then I moved to another company. This time it's an Australian Telco. Tech Support for this company is quite advanced as we're required to remotely access our customer's computer. We do it almost everyday to easily resolve some complex issues.
