I've done several customer service jobs over the past 5 years in the BPO industry and online market and handled different software and CRM .I love taking care of people and helping them resolve conflict is something I'm good at and something I love to do. All throughout those years, I was able to acquire great knowledge and skills, especially when handling irate customers. I learned to showcase my ability to help people regardless of their cultures and races.
