I'm Egyptian, located in Cairo Egypt, Agile Coach and associate project manager, with more than 15 years of experience between customer service, support, and project management roles, in both fortune 500, and small startups.
I come from a customer service and telemarketing background,, from travel and hospitality, to telecommunication and IT help desk, I've participated in all level of customer service, first liner, escalation point, team leader, quality coach, workforce management and through all channels phone, mail, chats and tickets. I've also managed many mailboxes before, as a responder, dispatcher or auditor. I've participated in building many template replies and process for for customer like Skype, Vodafone, and other major telecommunication providers with more than 9 years of IT project management experience, as a PMO team member.I have worked with different teams nationalities and different timezones most of the times and was able to handle the tasks, manage the teams and complete the tasks on time.
I have a hands on experience in both waterfall and Agile frameworks, participated in projects within multiple phases from initiation to closure, been involved in multiple PM practices, I've helped develop, maintain and execute multiple stakeholders, risk, communication management plans, budget and cost forecast and control, as well as signing off deliverables and collecting invoices.
I bring a huge experience of, preparing project sheets, budget forecast and tracking, documenting requirements and tracking progress Vs plan, responding to audit requests, measuring performance against project and organizational KPIs, and so on, and not coming from a technical background gave me more focus and edge on the admin side.
