Business Management Training Expert
I am married and father to a little girl. My wife is Colombian, and when it's possible we set course for her hometown on the Caribbean Sea.
As a child, I lived in Gressoney, a small village nestled in the mountains of Valle d'Aosta. I studied, spent a lot of time skiing, riding my bike on the mountain trail, and playing soccer, trying to prevent the ball from rolling down the slope. The most beautiful thing about Gressoney, for me, is the light.
After returning to Milan, I attained a classical studies diploma and a Master's degree in economics. I worked at Accenture on organizational and strategic projects.
In 2004, I co-founded QMI, and have been CEO until 2010. QMI's clients include American Express, BNL, Barilla, Carrefour, Ferrero, Fiat, Henkel Italia, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Procter&Gamble, The Walt Disney Company, Unilever, Vodafone, Warner Bros.
Later on, I completed a master's degree in philosophy from the Università Cattolica, and I became a professional ski instructor.
I co-founded and launched Gustorotondo.it, a website offering content on Italian food traditions, nutrition, and sustainability.
I dedicated to studying human nature, with Thomas Aquinas as my main reference, and later explored the theme of company's purpose. Some of my writings have been published in both Italy and the US.
I believe that the most beautiful relationships are simple and touch the humanity of the other. I consider tenderness to be a great strength.
It happens that I am asked: What does philosophy have to do with business? I propose a reflection: It is an absurd idea that establishing how to manage a company requires answering the question: 'What is human nature?'
Please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be pleased to listen to you.
