There is a difference between work and quality work. Second will keep your customers intact and you can save spending more on marketing etc. The same will remain true for the entire supply chain.
I follow this simple concept and try to focus on my work. I do make mistakes but I try to learn from these. I believe in open communication with clarity in advance. Usually, lack of clarity is the prime cause of most of the problems.
