Experienced Talent Acquisition Professional

I have been working in the Human Resources field for 7 years. Majority of my experience is in Talent Acquisition. I have experienced working as an end-to-end Recruiter for several companies in the Philippines. I started as a volume Recruiter hiring for customer service agents for a BPO company and now I focused on hiring for Corporate/Rank-and-file roles. I also have an experience hiring for a start-up company in the US wherein I focused mainly on hiring Rank-and-file, management, and director levels. I can use LinkedIn recruiter and other job board with ease. Moreover, I can perform boolean-search to target the best candidates for the role.

Work Terms

I prefer to work in my current timezone (Philippine Standard Time GMT +8). I'm fluent in English and I'm tech savvy so I can adjust on whatever platforms required for the job.
