I am an experienced, mature, highly adaptable and dedicated professional specializing in Supply Chain & Customer Experience Management with in-depth knowledge of Strategies Implementation within different business sectors. I gained all my professional experience working for small, medium and large international, multicultural organizations what gives me a great preparation for extremely fast changing environment and helps me to face, challenge current business requirements.

I am keen to develop my career further in work related to Customer Service/Supply Chain / Customer Experience Management at either operational or strategic level. That is why I completed Professional Diploma in Marketing and achieved a status of professional member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Some time ago, I also started discovering the world & power of LEAN methodology - it opened and gave me new directions for my management skills and abilities
