Streamlining Your E-Commerce Success

From the moment I stepped into the world of customer service and e-commerce, I knew I’d found my passion. My journey began over six years ago when I first started answering calls as a Customer Service Representative. It wasn’t just a job; it was a way to connect with people, solve their problems, and make a real difference in their day. I quickly realized that helping others was not just a part of my job—it was a core value that I hold dear.

As I gained more experience, I transitioned into the dynamic world of Shopify, where I spent nearly four years as a Senior Shopify Support Advisor. This role was transformative. I worked closely with both small and large business owners, guiding them through the challenges of running an online store. Whether it was troubleshooting a technical issue, optimizing store performance, or advising on sales strategies, I took pride in being the go-to person for all things Shopify. My systematic approach and attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked, and I always had my trusty checklist to keep everything on track.

One of my most rewarding experiences was mentoring and training new hires at Shopify. Seeing them grow and develop their skills reminded me of my own journey and the importance of continuous learning. This value of growth extends beyond my professional life. I’m always testing and developing new skills, whether it’s mastering a new tool or learning the latest trends in e-commerce.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of four very young children, who keep me on my toes and inspire me daily. Balancing motherhood and a career has taught me the importance of organization and adaptability—skills that are crucial in both life and work. When I’m not managing Shopify stores or answering customer queries, you’ll find me exploring nature with my kids, indulging in a good book, or dabbling in creative writing.

My story is one of continuous growth, driven by a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence in everything I do. Whether it’s providing top-notch customer support, managing complex projects, or simply being there for my family, I bring the same dedication and enthusiasm to every aspect of my life.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. However, I’m flexible and can accommodate urgent requests or projects outside of these hours upon prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
I am open to receiving payment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Invoices will be sent at the end of each payment period, and payments are expected within 7 days of receipt.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer clear, concise, and direct communication. My go-to platforms are Google Meet or Zoom for formal discussions and Slack or WhatsApp for quick updates or real-time collaboration. I’m committed to maintaining open and regular communication to ensure the smooth progress of our projects.
