I am passionate about improving processes to boost efficiencies, consumer satisfaction ratings, and company reputation.
I have been able to connect with consumers, patients, and provider as a trusted resource and learned how to best meet their needs. In my past roles, I’ve helped introduce ideas to improve workflows. I’ve done research on ongoing issues with consumers to better identify what actions I should recommend to my superiors and have defused ongoing situations with both patients and providers. I can proficiently transition between a range of task, demonstrating my ability to prioritize and coordinate critical, time-sensitive responsibilities.
