As a Customer Service Specialist, my main vision is to provide and excellent customer service to client. Make sure that their expectations are always exceeded.
My background includes serving as a Customer Service Specialist within contact center companies.
Most recently, I worked on the customer service contact center for Convergys (Citibank) where my responsibilities included dealing directly with customers by telephone, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints, and obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries
Previously, I also worked for InterContinental Hotels Group as Reservations Specialist. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to ensure all reservations are set up correctly with all necessary information including, traces, add remarks and routing, resolve a variety of issues and complaints, how to respond to customer correspondence in appropriate manner, and most importantly, take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers/callers are positive and productive.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable sales skills during when I was working for Far East Organization (Property Developer) as Property Sales Executive.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Database applications and a strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task. Please see the accompanying resume for details of my experience and education.
