I was born and raised in the charming city of Rochester, Indiana. I have built a life grounded in both professional excellence and personal fulfillment. Married for 17 years as of this past January, my husband and I have enjoyed a beautiful journey together for 22 years, coming this August. We are proud parents to two wonderful daughters, Sophia (15) and Macie (12). Our home is also shared with two beloved dogs, Ruger and Daisie, and three cherished cats, Luna, Gibbs, and Gus, making our family complete and lively.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the HR field, I have honed my skills across diverse industries including manufacturing, property management, and medical provider staffing. My professional passion lies in policy review and development and ensuring legal compliance. I am known for my meticulous attention to detail and my ability to craft comprehensive policies that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.

My work is driven by my core personal values of integrity, humility, and empathy. I believe that these values are the cornerstone of effective human resources management and I strive to embody them in all my professional interactions.

One of my most memorable professional experiences was during a policy overhaul project at a manufacturing firm. I had to collaborate with a diverse team, including engineers, floor workers, and executives. It was a challenging yet rewarding experience as I navigated through various perspectives and needs to create a cohesive policy framework. The success of that project reinforced my belief in the power of empathy and open communication in the workplace.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 9a-5p (standard); evenings and weekends available as needed (additional fees may apply)
The minimum hourly rate is $50.00 (unless quoted otherwise).
Retainer options: $1500 per month for 20 hours of HR Support
Milestone Payments: 30% upfront, 30% at the halfway point, and 40% upon completion (payment option must be approved)
Payment Terms:
Net 30: Payment is due immediately. A 5% fee will be added for every 30 days payment is overdue. Final project files will not be released until payment is received in full.
Deposit: 50% upfront for any project $1000 or more, with the remaining due upon completion.
Progress Payments (Optional, must be approved): Weekly payments based on timesheets submitted every Friday.
Advance Payment: 100% advance payment for a $500 or less project.
