Hi! I am Jhoanne Mendoza , 31 years of age ,a graduate of MassCommunication from New Era University. I just want a few minutes of your time to explain why hiring me will ultimately benefit your organization.


I want to work with your company because with 7 years of call center experience , being able to handle quite a few accounts from US and Australian based companies,such as Directv,Verizon, Energy Australia and ANZ (Australia New Zealand Bank) I have already mastered the craft of customer service . Also, dealing with foreign customers 8 hrs a day , 5 days a week , I have acquired excellent English communication skills, both oral and verbal .

I would also like to consider the tenure I had with Sidekicks (Customer Support Outsourcing Service) as a Quality Analyst and a Team leader where I have acquired more skills set needed for the required job responsibilities.

I am proficient with Google Office apps, Slack, Zendesk , Shipstation, Asana, Workplace, Many Chat, Discord and have used Hubstaff as a monitoring app too.

Along with my technical skills, my past experience , and my teaching experience has also taught me to be a great collaborative team-player, and my relationship-building and communication skills have been praised by my prior employers.

Furthermore, I'm flexible and fast learner and can easily adapt to changes . I am proactive and politely aggressive - I always want to do more, I always want to be at my best, I always give just 100% but 101% of me. I am willing to go extra mile without compromising company standards and procedures.I constantly have the initiative to look for ways to improve myself or to be better.Lastly, I am extremely competitive.
