I am a young, vibrant 27-year-old female who has over 4 years experience as a Customer Service, specifically in the capacity as an Email, Live Chat, Phone Support, and Data Entry, agent. I have always been the person to tackle the “Elephant in the room” spot on. I like to resolve personal issues before it escalates into something else and that is the same attitude I bring to my job as a Customer Service Consultant.
I am trained in various systems such as Zendesk, CRM, Microsoft Words and Excel, Kana, just to name a few. During my customer service experience, my responsibilities include order processing, processing refunds based on the company's policies, locating missing orders, setting up accounts, basic troubleshooting, and technical support, just to name a few.
In my spare time, I love cooking as I am a chef part time, as well as going to the beach and spending time with my two dogs, a Great Dane(1 year old) and a Shih Tzu(10 years old).

Work Terms
Works hours can be flexible based on clients demands. Payment is preferred on a weekly basis, but bi-weekly is also acceptable. If a client prefers monthly payments, I am open to the discussion. Direct Deposits or PayPal. As it relates to communication, email or messages here would suffice. I also respond quickly via Skype.
