I have more than 3 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Canadian customers. I was trained in some large BPO companies in the Philippines.

I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. My goal is to provide satisfaction, accuracy and efficient work to my future clients.

Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I have managed to enhance the skills that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude, and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and willfully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.

Work Terms

I can work full time, part time or via contract depending on the client.
My minimum is $5/hour since I'm still considered as a newbie. That is my basis.

Salary will still depend on the employers.
