Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 per hour
Working Hours: 6 - 9 hours daily
Scope of Work:
Windows & M365 Administrator:
Manage and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Microsoft 365.
Provide user support and training on Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
Microsoft Azure Administrator:
Manage and monitor Azure resources and services.
Implement and maintain Azure security measures.
Optimize Azure performance and cost management.
Provide support for Azure-related issues and projects.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Virtual Assistant:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Handle email correspondence and manage inboxes.
Conduct research and prepare reports.
Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Customer Service & Support:
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be made on a weekly basis.
Invoices will be sent at the end of each week, detailing the hours worked and tasks completed.
Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Availability:
Available to work 6 - 9 hours daily, Monday to Friday.
Flexible with working hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent tasks.
