Hi everyone!
I was born in Greece and moved to the UK in 2012. I have a bachelor in physical education and sports science and later on I completed a postgraduate degree in special needs co-ordination. I was a professional athlete in volleyball and beach volley with many distinctions in my career. I sustained some permanent injuries that led to operations on her knees and foot, so I know the importance correct rehabilitation has after an injury.
I have been a personal trainer for over two decades, bringing a healthier lifestyle to busy parents, training athletes but also working with families and younger ages. In 2020 I qualified as a children's yoga teacher and fell in love with teaching yoga so I trained and qualified as a power vinyasa yoga teacher in 2021. Since then, I have done training in mandala and yin yoga, bringing a variety of yoga styles into my teaching so as to best serve my yogis. I am currently teaching various styles, often incorporating fitness elements for more vigorous sessions or teaching solely meditation for grounding and resetting. As I have extensive training and experience in physical education, special needs, mental health and behaviour, I am able to bring this knowledge and experience into my classes. A sense of humour, a warm smile and an understanding attitude is what you can expect when training with me. I am passionate about helping my clients find a holistic approach to mind and body strength and rediscover themselves by empowering them all along the way.
