I’ve always been a problem-solver. My family discovered this early—like when I was five, and my dad couldn’t figure out how to assemble a game I got for Christmas. My mom said, “Give it to Kathy; she’ll figure it out.” And I did. From that moment on, tackling challenges head-on became my thing, and I’ve been putting those skills to good use ever since.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve built a nearly two-decade career in B2B multichannel marketing.

My superpower? Translating complex ideas into clear, compelling demand generation campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results. With a knack for connecting the dots—whether it's aligning teams, crafting messaging, or strategizing the big picture—I’ve helped companies turn their vision into actionable plans that achieve strategic goals.
Healthcare and technology marketing are my sweet spots, particularly solutions that address critical industry pain points. I speak fluent B2B, pairing empathy with strategy to create authentic, benefit-driven messaging that inspires action. Plus, I love collaborating with design teams to make content sing—bringing vision and messaging together in perfect harmony.

Two of my proudest career moments came during my time as Director of PR and Marketing for Post Acute Care Services at Adventist HealthCare during the COVID pandemic. Clear communication was critical as I worked across leadership, media, patients, and the community to open and operate the first vaccination clinics in the DMV. It was exhilarating, exhausting, and humbling all at once. Around the same time, I successfully led the marketing and communications for a year-long rehabilitation hospital relocation project, overseeing everything from patient-facing materials to community outreach and PR. These experiences strengthened me professionally and personally and left me with relationships I cherish.
As I look to the future, I’m excited to embrace new challenges, continue solving problems, and make a meaningful impact wherever my journey takes me.

Work Terms

I work Monday - Friday with flexible hours during these days. I will work weekends if a deadline looms and it is necessary. I have an agreement that I used on Google Docs that lays out what I’ll do for you, when I’ll do it, and what it will cost. The project length may be a fixed, pre-determined length with a specific deadline — or for longer projects, I may provide an estimated range. Example: 1 Oct — 16 Nov (7 weeks). I will let you know, depending on the workload to complete it, the minimum and maximum hours per week I'll dedicate to the project.
Cost: Flat fee per project.
I require a deposit for new clients I haven’t worked with before. I bill monthly and require prompt payment. The speed of your feedback once I send a draft for review, has a massive impact on the efficiency and momentum of the project, so please keep that in mind.
