Only The Best Is Good Enough
Born and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I completed my tertiary education at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus in 2015 at the age of 23.
I began working in, summer 2015 at Conduent, whereas as a customer service agent, I worked tier 1 on accounts and billing. Shortly after I was promoted to tier 2, where I assisted mainly with technical support of android OS/IOS apps, as well as Windows/MAC OS software and more.
I later transferred to another technical support department, where I assisted in the troubleshooting and downloads of processing machines and systems.
In 2018, I transitioned to working from home and worked with a jewelry company, where I developed my skills in customer assurance, resolution, and retention.
Work Terms
- Seeking to work between Monday - Fridays, however, can be flexible for weekends
- Seeking long term job, working full time, but open to short term and working part time.
