I have 8 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Processing and being a Personal Assistant to the CEO. I have assisted people all over the world either by over the phone or face to face. I was trained at a large Call Center(Amazon) and at a international Organization in South Africa.
I have experience in phone support(inbound and outbound), emails, instant messaging and ticket handling. I will always make sure that the customers I deal with are happy with the end result. I am willing to learn new things no matter what challenge it brings me.
