Subject Matter Expert, Service Desk Analyst
I am a single mom, 29 years old. I've been with the call center industry for 7 years now, as a Technical Support Representative for 2 years and Service Desk Analyst for almost 5 years. I am currently employed as a Service Desk Analyst in a BPO company doing phone, chat, and email support. we are the Single Point of Contact for all users regarding IT issues. We troubleshoot hardware and software issues including VPN connection problem, credit card machines, printers and computer issues. We extend to provide excellent customer service supporting users via Remote Control through Remote Desktop Connection, Skype and Go to Assist.
Work Terms
I can work for 3-5 hours during weekdays and 8-10 hours during weekends.
