Hi, I am Lorielyn. I am 25 years old, and I am single with no kids.
I have more than 4 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. clients. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines and I served as an associate for more than a year and as a customer service trainer for more than 3 years.
A major part of my role as a trainer is to facilitate new hire classes and to provide high quality training by teaching my learners how to deliver a world-class service. With this, I would say that I have already mastered the skills for delivering excellent service. As a trainer, I have been highly exposed to different administrative tasks such as preparing training reports to record milestones and progress and creating modules, templates and new hire materials.
I am highly motivated by new challenges, setting and achieving goals and seeing tangible results. I also work well with minimal supervision or with no supervision at all. And I am so excited about this new opportunity because I would be able to take advantage of the work-life balance as a homebased professional.
I think I am a very strong candidate for any position related to customer service because I see myself growing and developing my knowledge and skill to become more valuable. I also have the enthusiasm in adhering towards the goals, objectives and values of the company. Somebody might have better credentials but in a few months, I’ll have those credentials plus the passion that others lack. Besides, I am not just looking for a job but I am looking for a career.
