My previous experience was in the construction industry (over 11 years now) having worked my way up from the bottom as a labourer, shovelling shit & learning through observation before going on to train as a professional carpenter (a pretty good one at that).
I didn’t stop there though. I wanted more, much more…
So I enrolled for a Construction Management degree at Kingston University (lovely place by the way) & decided to become the head honcho of my very own project. I focused my career on the luxury residential sector building various million pound homes across London.
I cannot rave enough about the work of a construction manager & thoroughly enjoyed taking a project from start to finish, seeing the clients face when they walk around their new home is priceless. I still keep in contact with a few clients to this day!
Throughout my career I have dedicated thousands of hours helping my employers, friends & family with their sales copy & marketing material. This included writing countless sales emails, web content, sales letters, presentations, brochures, reports, event marketing & many other forms of sales copy.
I have used my creative writing & sales copy techniques in various industries including catering, education, recruitment & of course, the construction industry. I also found myself producing many organisational processes & documents to aid smaller companies & startups. I am currently in the process of setting up my limited copywriting & strategic marketing company.
