Focusing on client satisfaction with my work.

* I am from Dharamshala, India. I an a commerce graduate from University of Pune.
* I have 5 years of mixed work experience. I have worked with IBM Daksh {Chandigarh} as a Technical Support Executive for 1 year. Here my job role was to fix all software issues related to computers, laptops, printers, routers, fax machines, all in one machines, email issues, virus issues and networking issues etc.
* After IBM, I started working with Geeks Live Technical Service {Gurgaon} as Sr. Technical Support Associate {2 years}. My job role here was similar like IBM.
* And finally I joined American Express India PVT. LTD. as disputes analyst {2 years}. Here my job role was to investigate cases of USA Card Members related to fraud and other claims like unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, overcharge etc. Further I got 2 promotions as I was promoted as a Sr. Disputer Analyst and later as Master Analyst. I have also received many service awards in this organization like: World Service Award, Star Of The Month, Customer Satisfaction Award etc.
* As far as my hobbies are concerned I like listening to chillstep music, deep house, progressive, uplifting trance and EDM music. Apart from music I love playing basketball. Sometimes I sing as well. That's all about me.
