• Assist customer/client’s System Administrators in resolving malware outbreaks using Trend Micro Products.
• Manage and monitor escalated cases.
• Perform malware analysis on a virtual environment using the following tools:
InstallRite, Bintext, Hiew, Wireshark, Process Explorer, etc.,
